RT Services is based out of Oxford, Iowa and serves Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, Oxford, and surrounding areas. The business is owner-operated by Rob, with a focus on premium remodeling, honest communication, and practical repair solutions for homes and properties.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Rob.
I want customers to feel like they are working with someone who genuinely cares about their home, their project, and the final result. RT Services is not built to feel like a large, disconnected company. It is built around direct communication, thoughtful planning, and work that is tailored to each customer’s needs.
My background in construction started at a young age while helping my uncle, who owned a construction company. In 2018, I moved to the Iowa City area after meeting my now wife and began working for a local property management company, where I oversaw maintenance and remodels.
In 2021, I started RT Services to continue building my skills, serve the community I now call home, and create a business that allows me to spend more time with my family while doing work I take pride in.
What Drives the Work
Solving problems that improve how people live in their homes.
The work I enjoy most is problem-solving, especially when the result can improve a customer’s quality of life. Bathroom remodels are a strong example. A safer, more accessible bathroom can help a homeowner continue living comfortably in the home they already know and love.
Those are the kinds of jobs that matter. When the project makes the home work better for the person living in it, that is work worth doing well.
